COMPULEC-RWANDA is a limited company (ltd) established on 11th October 1984.
SPECIALISATION
COMPULEC RWANDA Ltd is specialized in sales and installation of printers, copiers, computers (desktop, Laptop and servers) and other office equipment, it is also specialized in maintenance of those equipments.
For copiers and printers equipment, the maintenance and repair include:
– Cleaning dust in the machine and setting good copy quality
– Lubricating the moving parts checking the noise level
– Calibrating all the AC and DC voltages that play major role in assuring optimum copy quality.
– Checking and setting the toner density to ensure good yield
– Checking if the spares or consumables required and advising the customer accordingly
– Updating software as and when require
For computers, the maintenance of equipment includes:
– Cleaning interior and exterior of the machines with the appropriate products.
– Lubricating the moving parts checking the noise level
– The updated software (anti-virus, operating system and other applications).
– Analysis of the system hard disk and the reorganization of data.
– Updating software as and when required
From November 2001 COMPULEC RWANDA got the exclusivity of Ricoh distributor in Rwanda, COMPULEC-RWANDA provides sales and after sales services at large scale the brands Ricoh (printers and Copiers).
It also provides the sales of other IT equipment but at small scale: these include computers, UPS and other brand of Printers.
